This was a truly no-pressure, no upsell experience
The Auto Ninjas had a hard to find Lincoln MKT on their lot in very nice shape. I live locally so made an appointment with Albert to test drive it, we went over the car together then he sent me off to drive it on my own. It had the drivetrain and features I was looking for at a great price, so after establishing it actually had a tow package (the tow hitch had literally never been used or uncovered) we struck a deal, I went a block away to my bank for a cashiers check and by the time I got back paperwork was done and ready to go. I used the Lincoln to tow my Jeep 75 miles home which was an absolute breeze. This was a truly no-pressure, no upsell experience...price of the car, tax, title, doc fee and done. Thanks Albert for your honesty and straightforward approach. I have owned hundreds of vehicles in my day and worked at car lots many years ago so to run into someone like Albert is a true pleasure.

I would recommend
Albert was awsome! He went out of his way to help me out of a rough situation even tho he did not have to. He also helped me later with a question I had on another car. I would recommend him and his business to anybody who needs a car. He is honest,trustworthy and an all around good guy
